TrafficSpeeders respects the rights of copyright holders and publishers and requires all users to confirm they own the copyright or have permission from the copyright holder to upload content. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and promptly remove content when properly notified. Repeat infringers' content is removed and their accounts are restricted or terminated from accessing our services.

Copyright Owners. If you are a copyright holder and wish to report content which you believe infringes your rights, please do so in accordance with U.S. Copyright Office (http://www.copyright.gov/) or similar organizations located in your country. Please do not report claimed infringement by other means, including our web forms, as it may delay consideration of or action on your report.

Users. If you are a user of our products (and not a copyright rights holder) and wish to bring to our attention content that you believe infringes someone's copyright, please do so using our Online Feedback Form. Please do not use DMCA notice forms as such reports are reserved only for use by copyright owners.

Sharing Files. Everything you share with the P2P Networks becomes public and given enough resources, is trackable. To use file sharing programs legally, you must have the permission of the owner of the copyright rights in the file for each shared file.

Downloading Files. There are many file sharing programs (ours included) that connect users to various P2P networks. Keep in mind that a user may use a file sharing program in violation of the law. Be careful when downloading files from other users as downloading a file from a user who is in violation of the law could you make you in violation of the law as well.
